Contact
Editorial, correction, and business inquiries can be sent to cqq365@gmail.com.
AI Prompt Gear is maintained as an editorial reference site, so the contact process is intentionally simple. The inbox is used for correction requests, source updates, relevant product briefings, partnership questions, and commercial inquiries that match the site’s coverage. It is not a support desk for third-party AI tools, model accounts, vendor billing, or implementation work that belongs to a provider.
Best-fit requests
Section titled “Best-fit requests”- Correction requests tied to a specific page.
- Business or sponsorship inquiries related to future commercial placements.
- Relevant product briefings or research materials tied to workflow operations, evaluation, tooling, or model infrastructure.
- Partnership conversations that align with the site’s subject matter and audience.
To help your message get reviewed faster
Section titled “To help your message get reviewed faster”- Include the page URL when reporting an error or outdated statement.
- Use a clear subject line for sponsorship, affiliate, or editorial requests.
- Explain the practical relevance of any product briefing or announcement.
Correction and update requests
Section titled “Correction and update requests”Correction requests are strongest when they include evidence that can be checked. A useful correction email should identify the page, the section, the statement that may be outdated or unclear, and the source that supports the proposed change. If the issue involves pricing, product packaging, API availability, security behavior, or policy language, include the date you checked the source because those details can change quickly.
The review path is different for small wording fixes and material claims:
| Request type | Helpful evidence | Likely action |
|---|---|---|
| Typo, broken link, or formatting issue | Page URL and exact location | Direct edit after verification |
| Product, model, or pricing update | Official documentation or pricing link | Review against related pages before editing |
| Vendor or tool positioning concern | Source material and practical impact | Check whether the comparison or decision logic needs revision |
| Sponsorship or affiliate question | Proposed placement, disclosure needs, and audience fit | Review against advertising and editorial policies |
Requests that are usually out of scope
Section titled “Requests that are usually out of scope”The contact channel is not designed for:
- support requests for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, GitHub, Cloudflare, or other vendors;
- requests to publish unrelated guest posts or generic AI news summaries;
- paid link insertions that do not add reader value;
- requests to remove accurate editorial context because it is commercially inconvenient;
- confidential materials that require a signed agreement before review.
If a message contains confidential information by mistake, do not assume AI Prompt Gear has accepted any special confidentiality obligation. Send only material that can be reviewed through normal editorial or business communication unless a separate agreement exists.
Commercial inquiries
Section titled “Commercial inquiries”If your request relates to future advertising, sponsorship, or affiliate opportunities, please also review:
Response expectations
Section titled “Response expectations”Messages are reviewed based on relevance, specificity, and risk. A correction that affects a live page or reader trust takes priority over broad promotional pitches. There is no guaranteed response time, and not every message will receive a reply. When a message leads to a material page update, the relevant page may be refreshed with a new review date, updated source context, or a clearer limitation note.
